BEST JUDGEMENT was the first horse in over 20 years of selling that Griffin Place bought back because she did not meet our reserve.  We were very lucky to have kept her. She won first time out and then went on to place third in the Pierce County Stakes, and third in the Angie C Stakes.  Next she won the NW Stallion Stakes as well as the WTBA Lassie Stakes on her way to being voted Champion Two Year Old Filly at Emerald Downs. She will return to Emerald in 2001. BEST JUDGEMENT was awarded the 2000 Two Year Old Filly Champion for Washington on Feb 10th 2001
